Ingredients
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 small garlic clove, grated
2 teaspoons Greek seasoning
1/8 teaspoon table salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
15 oz package of spinach, defrosted and drained
1 pound prepared pizza dough, at room temperature
1/2 cup prepared Alfredo sauce
16 ounces low-moisture mozzarella cheese, sliced
4 ounces of crumbled feta cheese
Pinch red pepper flake
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F
Stir spinach, Alfredo sauce, greek seasoning, salt, and pepper together in a mixing bowl.
Oil a 14-inch pizza pan and spread the pizza dough to the edges of the pan.
Arrange the mozzarella slices on top of the dough.
Spread the spinach mixture over the mozzarella cheese,
Sprinkle the feta and chili flakes over the spinach.
Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes before cutting into serving pieces.
