Ingredients
1 - 16 oz jar of almond butter
1 cup instant flour (Wondra)
11/2 cups brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup room temperature water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 3 cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, blend the first seven ingredients. Then stir in water, vanilla, and chocolate chips.
Drop by ¼ cup measure or use a muffin scoop, onto the the prepared baking sheets. Put 6 scoops on each baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes switching pans on the oven rack after 10 minutes. Cool the cookies on the parchment paper on the kitchen counter. When cool store in an airtight container.
